1. Who you are dealing with
rect360 is an independently operated service. There is no third-party reseller behind it: the operator runs it directly.
You can reach the operator at support@rect360.com. This is the address for every question, complaint or legal notice about the service.
2. What rect360 is
rect360 is a digital billboard: a single public web page holding a grid of 360 plots. Each plot can be bought once. The owner of a plot may place an image, a short message, an outbound link and a piece of background music on it, and every visitor of the wall sees it.
A plot is a display space and nothing else. It is not an investment, a security, a token, a share of anything, or an asset we undertake to buy back or help you resell. Its price does not represent a value we promise to maintain.
3. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plot. Browsing the wall and reading the chat has no age requirement, but placing content, writing in the chat or making a purchase does.
By buying, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the payment method you use is yours.
4. Your account and your password
An account is created from the email address you give at purchase. A password is generated and emailed to you; it is stored only as a bcrypt hash, so nobody — including the operator — can read it back.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you believe someone else has your password, write to support@rect360.com immediately.
One email address may own several plots. All plots owned by one address share a single password.
5. Price and payment
The price of a plot is not fixed. It starts at $1 and rises by $1 with every plot sold, so a plot costs (plots sold so far + 1) US dollars. The current price is displayed on the wall before you commit to buying.
Payment is processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. This means Creem is the seller of record on your receipt, handles the payment itself, and is responsible for sales tax and VAT where these apply. Your card details are handled by Creem and never reach rect360.
A plot is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal fee. Once bought, the plot stays yours for as long as the service runs.
6. Delivery and your right to cancel
Delivery is instant and automatic. The moment the payment is confirmed, the plot is assigned to your email address and your dashboard password is sent to you. There is no waiting period and no manual step.
Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not survive delivery once you have asked for it to begin — you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right when you complete the purchase. This is a right you give up knowingly, and it does not affect the refunds described in our Refund Policy, which still apply when something goes wrong on our side.
7. What you may put on a plot
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, resize and display it on the wall, for as long as it is on your plot. This licence exists so the site can show your content; it is not used for anything else.
You must have the right to use what you upload. Do not place content you do not own or have permission to use.
The following are not permitted on a plot, in a plot message, in an attached link or in the chat: sexual content involving minors; content that is illegal where the operator is established; incitement to violence or hatred against a person or group; harassment, doxxing or impersonation; malware, phishing or deceptive links; content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark; and content advertising goods or services that are illegal to sell.
Links are restricted by the software to plain http/https addresses, and background music to YouTube, but that is a technical limit and not an approval of what is behind the link.
8. The reward feature
A plot owner may optionally hide a promotional reward — typically a coupon code for their own product — behind their plot. Visitors can roll for it.
Rolling is free. No payment, no account and no entry fee is involved at any point, and buying a plot does not increase anyone's chance of winning anything. It is a giveaway funded and supplied by the plot owner as promotion for their own content, not a game of chance offered by rect360.
The reward itself is a matter between the plot owner and the winner. The operator passes on the code and emails it, but does not supply, guarantee, honour or refund what a plot owner promises. If a plot owner does not deliver what they advertised, tell us and the reward will be removed from the wall.
Claiming a reward means handing the plot owner your email address: they see it beside your claim in their dashboard, because that is how they deliver what you won.
9. The chat
The wall has a public chat. What you write there is visible to every visitor. Messages are stored encrypted at rest, but they are public content — do not write anything there you would not want read by a stranger.
While you are signed in, the name on your messages is your email address, and every visitor sees it. The switch in the chat menu replaces it with a nickname derived from that address; turn it on before you write if you would rather not show it.
The rules in section 7 apply to the chat in full.
10. Moderation and removal
The operator may remove content from a plot, from the chat, or suspend an account, when the content breaks section 7, when a legal request requires it, or when it endangers the running of the service.
Where a plot's content is removed for a breach, the plot itself remains yours and can be filled with content that complies. Where an account is suspended for a serious or repeated breach, no refund is due.
If you believe content on the wall infringes your rights, write to support@rect360.com with the plot coordinate and what the problem is.
11. Availability and changes
rect360 is offered as it is. The operator tries to keep it running and reachable but does not promise uninterrupted availability: it is a single-operator service and maintenance, outages and hosting failures happen.
The service may be changed — features added, altered or withdrawn. If rect360 is discontinued altogether, notice will be given at the site address and by email to plot owners, at least 30 days beforehand where circumstances allow.
These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. A change that materially reduces your rights will be announced by email to plot owners.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory rights as a consumer, which these terms never take away.
Beyond that, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost business, for the content another plot owner places on the wall, or for what is behind a link someone else attached. Total liability for any claim relating to a plot is limited to the amount you actually paid for that plot.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you keep the right to bring a claim there.
